Program Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic program manager to join our transformation team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-line business, with experience in the business banking domain preferred.

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our strategic direction by collaborating with leaders and cross-functional teams to drive growth, foster innovation, and successfully implement key initiatives that contribute to organizational excellence and long-term success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into actionable program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and coordinate multiple delivery streams including business design, technology, change management, risk, and PMO ensuring integrated execution and alignment across all functions.
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams for program execution, engaging internal, global, and third-party resources in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Partner with business, technology, and executive stakeholders to provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with governance requirements.
Key Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex projects across diverse domains in financial services, preferably in front-line business and business banking.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver multiple high-value projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Skilled in managing and influencing a wide range of stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
  • Demonstrated success in building, leading, and motivating cross-functional and matrixed teams.
