About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to assume a leadership role within our organization.

This full-time position oversees a portfolio of early childhood centres, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and coaching to Centre Managers. Ensuring high-quality education and care, maintaining compliance with regulatory frameworks, and achieving business objectives are key responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site guidance and support to regional services.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach Centre Directors to build high-performing teams.
  • Offer strong support in Educational Leadership and demonstrate pedagogical expertise.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor service performance, occupancy growth, and strategic targets.
  • Prepare reports on visits, service outcomes, and operational progress.
About You

We seek a confident leader with:

  • A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification with proven leadership experience.
  • At least 2–5 years' experience as a Centre Manager or Area Manager overseeing multiple services.
  • Strong knowledge of child development, early childhood education, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead high-performing teams.
