Director of Education and Early Learning

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional to lead our early childhood education program.

\

About the Role

\

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the EYLF and NQF, as well as excellent leadership and mentoring skills.

\

Key Responsibilities:

\
  • \
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that cater to the diverse needs of children\
  • Mentor and support educators in their professional development\
  • Collaborate with the centre leadership team to achieve business goals\
  • Lead and manage the educational program for the centre\
    • \
    • Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)\
    • Valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)\
    • First Aid certificate including asthma and anaphylaxis training\
    • In-depth knowledge of the EYLF and NQF\
      • \
      • Competitive pay rate: $38.09–$39.20 per hour\
