Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a centre, including administration, health and safety, and staff development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily centre operations
  • Motivate and inspire early childhood educators
  • Foster strong relationships with families and the community

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education (minimum)
  • High level of communication skills and professional manner
  • Strong understanding of EYLF and NQS
  • Current First Aid, CPR & Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificate
  • Current Blue Card
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director highly regarded
