Early Childhood Education Leader Role

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Education Leader to join our team at Flagstone Centre. As an Educational Leader, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience for young children.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or be actively studying towards it. They will also have experience in a leadership position in a childcare setting, hold a Current First Aid Certificate, and possess a Current Blue Card.

You will have a high level of knowledge of the National Quality Framework and an understanding of the principles of Early Years Learning Framework. You will be committed to your own development and display a high level of self-awareness.

  • Lead educational programs and activities that promote children's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational environment.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on children's progress and development.
