Job Title: Program Director - Early Childhood Education

The role of a Program Director in an Early Childhood Education setting is multifaceted and demanding. It requires a strong leader who can oversee the development and implementation of educational programs that foster children's learning and development.

This key member of the team will be responsible for leading their team in creating and delivering an educational program that prioritizes children's health, safety, and well-being. They will engage with children in joyful, educational activities, build strong relationships with families and fellow educators, and contribute to the growth and development of the center.

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess a Diploma of Early Childhood Education or be actively pursuing one. A current Blue Card is also a requirement, along with a sense of humor, strong work ethic, and reliability.
