Job Overview
Fleet Management is a critical component of any organization's operations. We are seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Manager to oversee our vehicle fleet and ensure its safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of company vehicles across multiple sites.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Manage vendor relationships for fuel, repairs, leasing, and servicing.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with state/local transportation, insurance, and safety requirements.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for efficiency in fleet operations.
  • Lead vehicle procurement, lifecycle management, and replacement planning processes.
  • Collaborate with operations, HR, and safety teams to support drivers and staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet-related emergencies and issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of fleet best practices, safety standards, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license required.
