Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned fleet operations manager to oversee our company's vehicle fleet. This critical role ensures vehicles are safe, reliable, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily operations of multiple vehicle fleets.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors for fuel, repairs, leasing, and servicing.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation, insurance, and safety regulations.
  • Monitor budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Lead vehicle procurement, lifecycle management, and replacement planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support drivers and staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet-related emergencies and issues.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Valid driver's license required.
