Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with vendors for fuel, repairs, leasing, and servicing to secure the best possible rates.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation regulations, insurance policies, and industry standards.
  • Monitor expenses, identify areas of inefficiency, and implement cost-saving measures to enhance profitability.
  • Lead the procurement, lifecycle management, and replacement planning processes for company vehicles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide support and training to drivers and staff.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for fleet-related emergencies and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fleet management, logistics, or transportation with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements is essential.
  • Proficiency in fleet management software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred.
