**The Role**

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative Officer to join our team at Clive Burdeu Aged Care Service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.

You will support our team with a range of administrative tasks, including managing reception, handling enquiries, maintaining records, and managing staff rosters and training records.

  • Manage Reception

  • Managing Staff Rosters and Training Records

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Office Administration or equivalent
  • Computer Literacy - competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software
  • Experience in staff rostering requirements and rostering software is highly regarded
  • Customer Focus - friendly and approachable with strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to our residents, staff, and visitors
  • Adaptability - flexible in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic setting

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package estimated to be around $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience

  • You have exceptional communication skills - strong verbal and written communication with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders
