About the Role
The Clinical Health Coordinator will be part of a dedicated team at ATSICHS Brisbane, working together to provide comprehensive support services to clients and their families. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to achieving personal wellbeing as part of a holistic model of care.
Duties
- Develop and implement interventions using techniques and methodologies from a sound evidence base to support client wellbeing.
- Respond to critical incidents by providing wellbeing first aid and appropriate support to patients.
- Conduct thorough wellbeing assessments to identify risks, client needs, and guide treatment delivery plans.
- Provide group interventions to meet the mental health needs of consumers.
- Maintain high standards through case management and record keeping processes.
- Coordinate referrals and service delivery between different sites or programs to facilitate access to mental health and social needs services.
- Liaise with community organisations and government agencies for information gathering, referral, networking, and promoting ATSICHS Brisbane services.
- Cultivate positive working relationships, fostering cooperation, trust, and respect within the team, while guiding staff development and growth.

- Annual salary: $84,080 per annum pro rata.

Requirements
- Bachelor's qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, Behavioural Science, or Counselling.
- Demonstrated ability to apply clinical judgement and prepare accurate reports on client outcomes and mental health wellbeing interventions.
- Ability to work with diverse groups of clients and apply a culturally responsive framework to guide interventions.
- Knowledge of scientifically-based mental health wellbeing treatment approaches for clients with identity, stolen generational issues, suicidal ideation/behaviour, drug/alcohol abuse, trauma responses, and behavioural problems.
- Ability to administer mental health wellbeing assessments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Experience in overseeing and coordinating case management processes and procedures.
- A willingness to travel across the ATSICHS Brisbane region and work across different sites.
- National Police Clearance.
- Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or eligibility to apply.
- Working with Disability Card (Yellow NDIS Card) or eligibility to apply.
Preferred Qualifications
- Development and delivery of educational and/or wellbeing group programs.
