AH-64 Apache Team Lead Opportunity

We're seeking a seasoned professional to manage our AH-64 Apache team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to drive exceptional performance and results in an aviation maintenance environment.


Job Summary:
  • The successful candidate will lead the ramp up and preparedness of sovereign capability in Townsville, driving exceptional results and performance in an aviation maintenance environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage personnel recruitment and onboarding, mandatory training, site access, leave, time accounting, and on-the-job skilling for apprentices and aircraft workers.
  • Liaise with Defence Stakeholders and external agencies to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.

Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications in Part 145 Aviation Maintenance Organisation and/or Part 147 Aviation Maintenance Training Organisation are highly desirable.
  • A military Aircraft Maintenance Licence with supervisory exclusion removed is required.
  • Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.
