Job Opportunity: NDIS Policy Manager

This role presents a significant opportunity to contribute to the growth of our NDIS arm, driving policy and advocacy initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in and knowledge of the NDIS, as well as a demonstrated commitment to promoting disability employment. They will also have established relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIA and service providers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing policy strategies
  • Contributing to government-led initiatives and co-design projects
  • Coordinating events and conferences

The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to drive evidence-based continuous improvement and support more individuals with disabilities to access inclusive employment opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in and knowledge of the NDIS
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting disability employment
  • Established relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate independently with limited supervision
  • Experience in policy development and analysis

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Social Work, Disability Studies, or a related field
