Senior Digital Analytics Professional

We are seeking an experienced Senior Digital Analytics professional to drive business growth by leveraging data analytics and digital tools.

About the Role:
  • Data Analysis and Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive data analysis strategy to inform business decisions, improve customer experiences, and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Digital Tool Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio. Ability to design and implement data visualizations and reports that facilitate business insights.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Mandatory Skills:
    • Hands-on experience with GA4 implementation and ongoing optimization.
    • Deep expertise in GTM configuration and maintenance.
    • Proficiency in SQL / T-SQL and BigQuery (or equivalent) skills for querying export tables and joining CRM/transactional data.
    • Expertise in Looker Studio (or similar tool) for data visualization and reporting.
    • Evidence of using analytics to unlock revenue or engagement growth.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Audience activation know-how: CDP or warehouse feeds into Google Ads Customer Match, Meta C-API, etc.
    • Experience with Sitecore Personalize or other CRO/personalization platforms.
    • GA4 or BigQuery certifications.
    Competitive Requirements:
    • 5+ years in digital analytics, with 3+ years at senior analyst or manager level.
    • Tertiary qualifications in Analytics, BI, Computer Science or equivalent commercial experience.
    • Experience with data querying languages (e.g., T-SQL/SQL).
    • Demonstrated experience in translating analytics into high-impact test hypotheses to help drive conversion rate optimization.
