Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and optimisation of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ensuring insights inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of Google Tag Manager (GTM), ensuring accurate and compliant data capture.
  • Deliver actionable insights from GA4 data, identifying journey drop-offs and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce team to design and implement A/B and multivariate testing, driving high-impact results.
  • Develop first-party audiences across Google and Meta, refining channel ROI models and targeting strategies.
  • Ensure data governance and privacy are upheld through robust tagging solutions and naming conventions.

To excel in this role, you will possess:

  • Proven experience in digital analytics, with a strong background in GA4 and GTM.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with proficiency in querying export tables and joining CRM/transactional data.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or similar tools, for delivering data-driven insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytics into actionable recommendations, driving revenue growth and engagement.
