We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Formation Evaluation Specialist to lead our formation evaluation efforts in Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform petrophysical interpretation and integrated formation evaluation to provide accurate and reliable data for well construction and drilling processes.
  • Understand the formation evaluation objective and challenges of the project to design and deliver an integrated and innovative solution.
  • Recognize formation evaluation, drilling, and production-related problems and develop solutions to mitigate or eliminate these issues.
  • Provide advice to optimize the selection of LWD, wireline, coring, and mud logging services for an integrated formation evaluation solution.
  • Explain the formation evaluation data and interpretation results to stakeholders.
  • Deliver technical presentations on LWD, wireline, coring, and mud logging services to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Document the solution, generate case studies, and write technical papers to capture lessons learned and showcase expertise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geology, Engineering, Petrophysics, and/or Geosciences (related to Earth Science).
  • Great experience in formation evaluation, petrophysics, geology, wireline and LWD logging, mud logging, and coring services.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in well construction and drilling processes.
