Key responsibilities include processing daily payments, contributions, withdrawals, and asset transfers in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Process daily payments and contributions, including direct debits, credits, fees, pension payments, super contributions, and BPAY transactions.
  • Manage in-specie asset transfers, liaising with custodians, counterparties, and third parties to ensure smooth completion.
  • Onboard new client accounts via applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all documentation.
  • Monitor and resolve items in the Zendesk ticketing system within agreed service levels.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve breaks, payments, and transfer issues.

This is a specialist role that requires close collaboration with teams across the business and external partners to ensure funds flow efficiently and securely.
