Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer Join us at NAX Capital, Melbourne's leading fully licensed digital asset brokerage and learning platform, during this exciting growth phase.
We seek a proactive Personal Assistant to support our CEO and dynamic team as we transform the financial services industry.
This full-time, onsite role is in our St Kilda Road, Melbourne office.
What advantages await you? -Thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment that fosters professional growth - Be part of an innovative company at the forefront of digital assets - Enhance your career with comprehensive education programs - Opportunity for salary increases after 6 months based on achieving KPIS - Competitive salary up to $90,000 + Super, depending on experience - Full-time schedule (Monday to Friday) - Directly report to the CEO - Engage in a varied role with both personal and commercial tasks What do you need to submit your application successfully? - Provide 1-on-1 support to the CEO - Serve as the first point of contact, expertly managing correspondence and phone calls - Handle scheduling, calendar, CRM, and email management - Perform data entry and file processing - Execute general administration tasks - Create and review documents - Carry out personal support duties as needed Essential Skills and Requirements - Proven experience as a PA or in a business support capacity, preferably within the financial services sector - The ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision - Exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and quick thinking - Strong communication and presentation skills - Expertise in scheduling and diary management - A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative support role - Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Zoom; familiarity with other software tools is advantageous - Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion This role represents more than just employment; it offers a substantial opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
