
Chief Asset Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of Fire Rescue Victoria's Asset Management functions.
Job Description:The Asset Management Coordinator is a mid-senior level position responsible for overseeing the project management of asset improvement programs. Key responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing communications, stakeholder engagement, program development, and reporting.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead the project management of the asset management improvement program, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain key asset management system documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
- Support the development and maintenance of asset management plans and related documents for all FRV asset classes.
- Manage and maintain asset management data, standards, and processes for all FRV asset classes.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- A relevant qualification in information technology, engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated understanding of asset management principles and knowledge.
- Experience in gathering, analyzing, and recommending asset management standards, process flows, data needs, and reporting requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
