**Key Responsibilities**

  • Project leaders oversee the entire project lifecycle from concept to completion.
  • They manage and mentor teams, including resources and project hours.
  • Monitoring project profitability is also crucial.
  • Contribution to and oversight of documentation are essential.
  • Identifying and resolving technical issues is another key responsibility.
  • Liaising with clients and consultants is necessary for success.
  • The interiors design intent must be carried through to handover.
  • Cultivating existing and new client relationships is vital.
  • Ensuring compliance with project quality standards is critical.

**Requirements**

  • A degree qualification in Interior Design or Interior Architecture is required.
  • 10+ years local experience, including large-scale hotel and resort projects, is expected.
  • Demonstrated experience in running projects is essential.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD is necessary.
  • Outstanding documentation and detailing skills are required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Ability to lead and mentor more junior staff is vital.
