Job Summary:

This role is responsible for supporting and executing marketing activities in alignment with the strategy and direction set by the marketing team.

The successful candidate will coordinate campaign logistics, manage digital and print assets, and assist with reporting to ensure timely delivery across channels.

About the Role

This position is ideal for a highly organized and self-driven individual who can work well in a team environment.

The candidate should have experience in event coordination and a tertiary qualification in Marketing or equivalent.

  • Coordinate campaign logistics to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage digital and print assets, including graphics, videos, and other visual materials.
  • Assist with reporting to track progress and ensure timely delivery across channels.
Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Planning and delivering national events and sponsorships, including logistics coordination, stakeholder communication, and on-site support.
  • Managing merchandise operations, including stock monitoring, supplier coordination, and distribution.
  • Providing marketing administrative support, including processing invoices and tracking expenditure in line with approved budgets and guidance from the marketing manager.
  • Contributing to brand governance by promoting the use of approved tools and templates, reviewing materials for compliance, and supporting the development of brand processes.
  • Supporting the coordination and delivery of marketing task requests from across the business, working closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with priorities and guidance.
  • Assisting with the coordination and execution of marketing automation and CRM activities, ensuring timely delivery of communications, data integrity, and alignment with campaign objectives.
