Exciting Marketing & Office Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Marketer/Office all-rounder.

This entry-level position offers an incredible opportunity for someone keen to learn about the Property industry. The diversity in this role will lay the foundations for a long-term career within Business Operations, as the successful applicant will gain experience working across different departments and become the go-to for all collaborative systems and processes.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the delivery of digital and social marketing strategies, supported by the Head of Sales & external Marketing Agencies
  • Coordinate internal team and corporate events with enthusiasm and dedication
  • Monitor reception desk, business phone & maintain the general office environment
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director with reporting, invoicing, and budget management
  • Offer ad hoc administrative and travel support to the leadership team
You Will Ideally Have:
  • Tertiary qualifications or prior working experience in a similar role or industry: Marketing, Communications, Property, Business Operations
  • A creative mindset with proven skills in digital/social media marketing, generating fresh ideas around team culture and events
  • The ability to multitask and adapt in a changing and growing business environment
  • The initiative to problem solve independently and the confidence to ask for help when needed
