We provide cleaning, maintenance, housekeeping, licensed trades, and solar services to our clients across the corporate and community sectors.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Contracts Manager-Care to manage business relationships in various portfolios and meet client expectations by delivering high-quality cleaning services and an excellent customer experience for our clients.

This is an autonomous role that requires strong relationship management, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day relationships and expectations with our clients and teams, maintaining quality services and standards at each site, and handling ad hoc requests, complaints, and issues.

The ideal candidate will have operations and/or workforce management/leadership/supervision experience, with a proven track record in relationship/client portfolio management, negotiation, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. You should also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive 'can-do' attitude.

  • Manage day-to-day relationships and expectations with clients and teams.
  • Maintain quality services and standards at each site.
  • Follow up ad hoc requests.
  • Upsell and organize additional services.
  • Workforce management to ensure our on-site teams have the necessary training, materials, equipment, and motivation to deliver excellent quality services.
  • Timely handling of complaints and issues from clients and the workforce.
