**Project Manager Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly analytical and organised professional to play a crucial role in the successful planning, execution, and monitoring of large and complex projects.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project control systems, including cost, schedule, and risk management.

They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Develop and maintain project budgets.
  • Track project expenditures and identify variances.
  • Prepare cost reports and forecasts.
  • Recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Manage Workforce Plans, including updates based on actuals and forecasting resource requirements.
  • Timesheet Administration, including reviewing for accuracy and input into relevant systems.
  • Support Accounts Payable and Receivable process.
  • Prepare and submit Monthly Accruals.
  • Manage client Monthly Financial Reporting, including preparing estimates, forecasting, and providing input into Monthly Project Status Reports.
  • Management of Project WBS elements, including reporting on revenue and cost variations.
  • Assist in Bid Estimation and Pricing Schedule process for Contract changes.
  • Ensure all project documents are organised and accessible.
  • Maintain version control and manage document distribution.
  • Support project audits.
  • Prepare regular project status reports for management.
  • Analyse project performance data and provide insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of project change orders and claims.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to gather data and ensure project control accuracy.
  • Communicate project control issues and recommendations effectively.
