About Your Role
In this role at 13cabs, you will provide exceptional customer service to account customers by demonstrating a deep understanding of their business needs and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will have the opportunity to grow bookings and revenue by enhancing customer experience and service in the specialized mobility industry.
- Provide top-notch customer service to account customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer businesses, including their goals, challenges, and pain points.
- Address customer questions and concerns in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors.
About You
- You hold a high school certificate or equivalent, and you're eager to apply your skills and experience in a customer-facing role.
- You're an active listener, able to understand and empathize with customers' concerns and issues.
- You're a goal-oriented individual who sets objectives, anticipates obstacles, and coordinates activities with others to achieve consistent results.
