Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Supervision of Service Technicians: Oversee the daily activities of service technicians to ensure they are meeting customer expectations.
  • Scheduling of Jobs: Schedule jobs, including ad-hoc and urgent service requirements, to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Route Planning and Management: Plan and manage routes efficiently to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
  • Customer Enquiries: Receive and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operational Reporting: Produce daily operational and servicing reports to inform business decisions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Sales, and Accounts teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Transport Software Knowledge: Possess knowledge of transport software and its applications.
  • Allocator Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience as an allocator in a similar industry.
  • Excellent PC Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Time Management: Possess strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
