Geospatial Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our geospatial support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers, resolving technical issues related to VertiGIS Geocortex and Esri ArcGIS software.
  • Act as a direct liaison between customers and the support team, managing and resolving first and second-level software support requests.
  • Perform troubleshooting and technical analysis of software issues, providing regular reporting on support KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Strong customer service background with experience in geospatial software or technical support.
  • Technical computing skills and abilities to diagnose issues on Windows and PC environments.
  • Excellent English communications skills, verbal and written, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Technical troubleshooting experience in a Microsoft environment.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in IT, computer science, software engineering, or geomatics.
  • One to two years' experience in a similar role.
  • National police clearance.
  • Must hold permanent and full working rights in Australia.
