
Senior Geospatial Leader

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Spatial Professional to lead complex survey and spatial projects.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver technically advanced solutions across the built environment, while mentoring future talent and driving innovation in how spatial data is captured, processed, and delivered.
As a senior member of our team, you'll contribute to our mission to foster industry leaders in geospatial data acquisition and data enablement.
You will be responsible for project execution from data acquisition through to processing and delivery, ensuring technical accuracy, data quality, and alignment with client needs.
Additionally, you will champion best practices in data capture, QA, and processing, while supporting the evolution of tools, methods, and technology platforms.
Collaboration & Mentorship:
- Contribute to team capability through training, guidance, and collaboration with spatial professionals and junior staff.
- Demonstrated experience delivering spatial and 3D survey projects within complex built environments.
- Advanced technical knowledge in point cloud capture, processing, and modelling using various hardware and software applications.
- Experience delivering projects in line with government or local authority specifications.
- A collaborative approach to working with a larger team and various stakeholders.
- A leadership mindset focused on quality outcomes, continuous learning, and supporting team growth.
- Tertiary qualifications in Surveying, Spatial Science, or a related field.
