Key Responsibilities:- Act as a direct customer liaison and manage and resolve first and second level software support requests.
- Perform troubleshooting and technical analysis of software issues related to VertiGIS Geocortex and Esri ArcGIS.
- Provide regular reporting on support KPIs.
Experience in geospatial software or technical support is highly desirable, along with strong customer service background and excellent English communications skills, both verbal and written.
