We are seeking an experienced and skilled Healthcare Leader to join our team in Central Adelaide. As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care within our Health Unit/Community Service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing the delivery of care to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Leveraging your clinical expertise and leadership skills to lead a dedicated nursing/midwifery and multi-disciplinary team
- Fostering an environment where collaboration thrives and patient outcomes are prioritised
In this pivotal position, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of care and leading the development of your team's performance.
About YouWe seek a passionate and experienced professional who embodies the following key qualities:
- A Registered Nurse or Midwife with current practising certificate and at least 3 years' post-registration experience
- Exceptional leadership skills in communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution within a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to person-centred care, with a track record of enhancing workplace culture and developing staff potential
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation, healthcare standards, and contemporary nursing practices
