About the Role

As a Healthcare Leader, you will be accountable for your own practice standards while guiding and supporting less experienced staff, ensuring that our team provides the highest quality of care to patients. You will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to promote continuity and consistency of care across the ward or unit.

In this leadership role, you will assist in implementing practice changes, manage performance processes, and contribute to critical operational responsibilities such as recruitment, staffing, and financial planning. Your leadership will enhance team performance and foster a collaborative environment where nurses can thrive and develop their professional capabilities.

About CALHN

The Central Adelaide Local Health Network includes South Australia's major quaternary facility, the Royal Adelaide Hospital, The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and the Repat Health Precinct.
