
Service Desk Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to provide technical support and advice to customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance to ensure compliance and quick resolution of issues within service level agreements.
- Create and maintain documentation for administrative processes, instructions, and guidelines to optimize efficiency.
- Assist in implementing systems and processes to ensure fit-for-purpose compliance with relevant rules and conditions, facilitating improved efficiencies and aligning with long-term strategies.
- Contribute to report preparation, providing advice on current and planned utilization of systems and networks for all levels of compliance and performance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor, resolve queries, and provide technical advice to stakeholders to ensure compliance and quick resolution of any issues.
- Support governing bodies, groups, and committees on ICT-related issues and projects to drive efforts towards continuous service improvement to meet Government and organizational priorities.
- Support resolution of technical risks and issues, and provide support and problem resolution to minimize the impact of service outages.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud providers such as AWS or Azure.
- Data-related tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
