Service Desk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for client support and troubleshooting calls, ensuring all requests and incidents are logged within our ticketing system.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Effective communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will work closely with a team lead to ensure all clients are supported, attending meetings to review open and previous tickets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide initial Level 1 & 2 troubleshooting and diagnosing of issues
- Coordinate technicians to site if required
- Liaise with third-party companies for repairs and replacements
- Ensure tickets are resolved in alignment with SLAs
