Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Desk Support Specialist to join our Technology Services team. The successful candidate will provide expert technical support to staff, including device commissioning, configuration, troubleshooting, asset management, and incident resolution.

This role involves working with various technologies and platforms, including Active Directory, Azure, Windows, IOS, and Android. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT systems and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Business Information Technology, or equivalent experience in an IT support role
  • Experience operating in a corporate networking environment, remote user support, and onboarding new staff
  • Demonstrated experience in provisioning hardware and asset management
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A current class C drivers' licence
