Senior HR Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our Michael Page team in Melbourne. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to managers and employees across the organisation.

Job Description
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations to protect the organisation's interests.
  • Conduct training and development initiatives to enhance staff skills and performance.
  • Support employee relations and performance management processes to drive business outcomes.
  • Assist in HR reporting and workforce analytics using SAP systems to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and other departments to achieve organisational objectives and deliver results.
  • Participate in recruitment processes to attract top talent and build a high-performing team.
The Successful Applicant
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in HR operations within the FMCG industry, including blue and white collar roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills to advise and influence at all levels.
  • Proactiveness and willingness to grow your career and take on new challenges.
