Pastry Chef Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship provides the opportunity to work in a commercial kitchen environment, learning from experienced chefs in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Baking and Finishing - Assist in baking cakes, pastries, breads and other baked goods.
  • Operate kitchen equipment.
  • Learndifferent knife and cooking techniques.
  • Clean, maintain and store kitchen equipment appropriately.

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, seek out opportunities to learn and show initiative in their everyday duties.

This role requires flexibility and willingness to work evenings, weekends & public holidays if required.

A nationally recognised certification can be earned as part of this apprenticeship, opening doors to exciting opportunities around the world.
