Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and create a diverse range of sweet treats from scratch using premium ingredients.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve high-quality results and maintain a clean kitchen environment.
  • Manage daily tasks, order ingredients and supplies, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Communicate effectively with the management to develop new products and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in decorating with butter icing and fondant.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in bakery food preparation, preparing orders, and decorating skills.
  • Excellent personal appearance and grooming standards.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
  • Reliable transportation for early starts.
