Hotel Front Desk Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and energetic front desk assistant to join our team at a 5-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Sydney.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with luggage and other needs, and ensuring a smooth guest journey. They will also assist with departures, including handling and transporting luggage to and from vehicles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to lift and carry luggage and other items
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A 'can-do' attitude
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays
