Hotel Front Desk Attendant Position

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Hotel Front Desk Attendant to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth arrival and departure of guests, handling luggage, and providing exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with luggage and other needs
  • Assist guests with their departure, including handling and transporting luggage to and from their vehicles
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services, as well as local attractions and recommendations

Requirements:
  • Well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to lift and carry luggage, and other items
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A 'can do' attitude and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, nights and public holidays
