Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide exceptional luxury experiences for our guests.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering quality service to customers, maintaining accurate records of guest and hotel information, and operating the telephone effectively.
Key responsibilities include completing daily shift checklists and referring any items that require follow-up to the Front Desk Supervisor or Duty Manager.
