About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As a key member of our centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging and inclusive learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
  • Work collaboratively with our Senior Educators and Educational Leader to ensure the delivery of exceptional educational outcomes.
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment that promotes the well-being and development of our children.
  • Build strong relationships with our children, families, and colleagues to ensure a sense of community and belonging.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
