**Your Role**

We are seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Hyde Park. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes children's learning and development.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to observe, inform, and continuously improve educational programs
  • Prioritize child safety and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and responsive to individual needs

**Requirements**
