Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging learning programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to develop and enhance our curriculum
  • Ensure a safe and inclusive environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive community

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check / Blue Card
