Job DescriptionThe People Systems Specialist will play a critical role in maintaining the effectiveness and appropriateness of Montu's Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring smooth HR operations, improved data management, and enhanced impact for downstream teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Systems Management: Serve as a system administrator, subject matter expert, and technical lead for our Talent Acquisition tool (Smart Recruiters).
- Improve Efficiency: Enhance the efficiency and automation of Smart Recruiters, maintaining expert knowledge in the system's capabilities, limitations, product roadmap, and releases.
- Design and Execute System Changes: Design, execute, and test system changes in Smart Recruiters, including effective project management, stakeholder engagement, and user behavior changes.
- Ensure Security and Compliance: Ensure appropriate controls are designed and implemented to maintain the security and effective management of Smart Recruiters, including reviewing security and admin profiles for local and international users.
- Build and Maintain Resources: Help build and maintain resources for employees, managers, and the People team to promote self-service use of people systems.
- Perform Routine Audits: Perform routine audits of Smart Recruiters to ensure all information and setup is up to date.
- Support Other HRIS Tools: Have a good working understanding of other HRIS tools used, and be able to support business-as-usual (BAU) and general administration and support.
- Manage Access and Portals: Manage access for portals and system access used in the People team.
- Provide Support and Guidance: Respond to general queries and requests for support from internal stakeholders, and provide guidance on HR systems and processes.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in HR systems management, preferably with Smart Recruiters Talent Acquisition software.
- Project Management: Prior experience in project managing HR or Talent system implementation or significant change programs.
- Technical Skills: Strong capability in identifying and managing system interdependencies for successful stakeholder outcomes, and experience with process optimization.
- Soft Skills: Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
