Site Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process from start to finish.

  • You will work closely with project managers, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that the construction project is progressing as planned.
  • Your key responsibilities will include creating and implementing project plans, scheduling work, allocating resources, and establishing quality control procedures.
  • You will also be responsible for preparing reports and analysing data related to health, safety, environment, and quality performance of construction sites.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Supervisor, a valid WA Drivers Licence, a Cert IV in Civil Construction (or working towards), and a White Card/Construction Card.
