Project Manager Role

We are currently recruiting for multiple Project Engineers to join our team in Perth and help drive our long-term pipeline of work south of Perth at Garden Island.

This role plays an integral part in managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining construction programs.
  • Design management and coordination.
  • Client management and liaison.
  • Procurement of tender packages and preparation of subcontract agreements.
  • Review and sign-off of subcontractor claims and variations.
  • Preparation of cost forecasts and manage cost controls/reporting for designated work areas.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • A minimum 3-7 years' experience in the construction industry, preferably on large-scale building construction projects.
  • Previous on-site construction delivery experience, looking after major trade packages.
  • A degree qualification in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc).
  • Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally.
