Job Overview

A Construction Project Lead is required to oversee commercial construction projects from start to finish. Projects will be located in the Perth area and include local and state government works, private warehouses, and sporting complexes with amenities.

  • Ensure full compliance with HSEQ policies and safety standards on site.
  • Plan, lead, and coordinate all phases of project delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, progress reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee procurement, contract administration, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Schedule and coordinate trades, materials, and site logistics.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote a positive and productive team culture aligned with company values.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years of experience in project management, a trade background, and relevant certifications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are also essential.


Key Responsibilities:

HSEQ Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Problem-Solving: Identify and mitigate potential risks, and develop effective solutions to complex problems.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to achieve project goals.
