Job Description:

We seek an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead multiple renewable energy and construction projects.

  • Lead site leadership teams in crucial conversations and ensure accountability.
  • Effectively utilise personnel across Business Units to achieve project outcomes.
  • Inspire and lead work teams within Business Units in all aspects of their employment.
  • Demonstrate extensive knowledge of employee agreements and relevant legislation.
  • Champion safety, quality, and environment culture onsite.
  • Facilitate, coach, and monitor activities to reduce risk.
  • Ensure HSEQ compliance and communicate changes to policies and procedures.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree in Construction Management or similar, with significant previous experience in a similar role.
  • 10+ years' experience as a Senior Supervisor, managing 200+ resources.
  • A valid Australian Driver's Licence and Construction Induction White Card.
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
  • Experience working to deadlines and meeting project deliverables.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
