Food and Beverage Supervisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in the heart of the Hunter Valley. As a key member of our food and beverage operation, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest experiences across our hotel's restaurants, bars, and events spaces.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train a high-performing team. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and driving revenue growth through effective management of our F&B operations.

To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience in a similar position, preferably within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment. A strong background in leading teams, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is essential. Additionally, you must be fluent in English and hold the right to work in Australia.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and events spaces.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene throughout the F&B operation.
  • Drive revenue growth through effective management of F&B sales and inventory control.
  • Train and develop new colleagues to ensure a consistent level of service excellence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operational integration and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on F&B performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or equivalent role in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and empower a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English language skills and the right to work in Australia.
  • Certification in RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Food Safety is preferred but not essential.
