As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the Food and Beverage operations at our luxury boutique hotel in the Hunter Valley. Your exceptional leadership skills and passion for delivering high-quality experiences will ensure that our guests have an unforgettable stay.

The role involves providing hands-on guidance to the Food and Beverage Team, working closely with them to deliver results and motivating them to achieve their best. You will also be responsible for ensuring that high service standards are maintained while providing a unique experience for our guests.

In addition, you will assist with rostering, payroll management, team development, and the overall coordination of the department. You will work closely with key stakeholders including the F&B Manager, Kitchen staff, and other key roles in the business.

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience in a Food and Beverage/Restaurant & Bars related position, preferably within a hotel/hospitality environment. You will also require experience in leading, supporting, and driving a team. Additionally, you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workloads.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on leadership to the Food and Beverage Team
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to deliver results
  • Assist with rostering, payroll management, and team development
  • Ensure high service standards are maintained while delivering a unique guest experience

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Food and Beverage/Restaurant & Bars related position
  • Experience in leading, supporting, and driving a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workloads
  • RSA Certificate
  • Food Safety Certificate (this can be obtained after commencement)
